We provide liquidity for sellers and capital for investment in the business. With more than $1 billion under management, Opus Capital is currently investing from its fifth fund of $280 million.

For more than two decades, the leadership of Opus Capital has invested in more than 350 companies. During that time we have been involved in 35 M&A transactions and 50 IPOs, generating industry-leading returns.
With a consistent record of success, the team's experience spans a broad range of investment sizes and structures, from early stage equity investments in start-up companies to a near-billion dollar acquisition of a large established company.
