Investment Criteria
Companies most likely to fit Opus Capital's investment criteria are profitable service companies with revenues in the range of $20 million to $200 million. They are stable or growing businesses with owners and strong management teams looking for an active investor with an operational focus. At Opus, we are committed to supporting management teams with the right resources, ideas and relationships, but leave the job of running the company to those management teams.
We typically look for privately-held companies, although we will also take a public company private. Companies may be standalone businesses, or a business unit divested from a corporate parent. Most of all, they are businesses with an opportunity to increase enterprise value by applying technology to improve growth and productivity.
